PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE

In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data, A. LEYVA, S.A. hereby requests your authorization to process your personal data, and informs you that your personal data shall be added to the automated database and/or correlative paper files that exist in A. LEYVA, S.A.

Likewise, you are hereby informed of the automated treatment that shall be given to all your personal information to which the company has access when you browse, inquire, do a request or conduct any transaction in the Web property of A. LEYVA, S.A.

The company shall treat your data with outmost confidentiality as the sole and exclusive recipient of such data and shall not disclose nor communicate it to any third party, with the exception of what is required in order to comply with current applicable regulations. With regards to the aforementioned data, you shall be able to exercise your right to access, rectify and object to it, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (LOPD, for its acronym in Spanish). For this purpose, you shall be able to use any of A. LEYVA, S.A. means of communication, such as writing to our head office located at Prolongacion Avenida de España S/N, 23700 Linares (Jaen), Spain or by sending an e-mail to soporte@aleyva.com.

Our personal database is the sole property of A. LEYVA, S.A., Prolongacion Avenida de España S/N, 23700 Linares (Jaen), Spain, Fiscal Identification Code (CIF, for its acronym in Spanish): A-23.051.337.

Furthermore, you shall be liable for the truthfulness of the information provided and A. LEYVA, S.A., shall have the right to exclude it from its database in the event it is proven false.

E-MAILS, FAXES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION

By means of this clause, you fully authorize A. LEYVA, S.A. to send you messages with marketing, advertising and promotional purposes via e-mail, fax or any other equivalent means of communication. Therefore, we shall use the information needed to send said messages, which shall be done under Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and the General Law 32/2003, from November 13 on Telecommunications.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, you shall be able to revoke this consent at the moment you receive each marketing or advertising message, and at any moment, by notifying A. LEYVA, S.A., either by writing to our head office located at Prolongacion Avenida de España S/N, 23700 Linares (Jaen), Spain or by sending an e-mail to soporte@aleyva.com.

CONFIDENCIALITY

A. LEYVA, S.A. hereby commits to protect your confidential information, to which we have access, as if it were its own information of the same nature.

Under no circumstance shall, A. LEYVA, S.A. use the data you have entrusted us to provide services to any third party or to obtain a profit for our company, but only to provide you with the services you request.

A. LEYVA, S.A. shall use the information provide by you solely with the purpose to adequately perform what has been indicated in the Service section and shall not use such information for purposes different from those stated in the Service section.
